About Anthony Park
Anthony has extensive experience and knowledge of estate, facilities and business support environments with a highly successful record of achieving strategic and operational aims whilst creating efficient high performing business areas. He has significant leadership and management experience underpinned with commercial, financial, procurement, contracts and operational expertise, gained from roles in estates, facilities management, finance and HR, and a number of diverse senior management positions.
Adept at leading and improving business and service performance Anthony is skilled in the assessment and mitigation of commercial and operational risk, managing change, leading improvement and transformation of business activities. With a track record of increasing efficiency and performance, whilst improving quality, his public and private sector, client and supplier experience and a rare breadth of knowledge and understanding ensure a balanced and successful approach.
Appointed MBE for management & leadership achievements. A Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, and a Certified Member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, also holds various qualifications including in leadership, management, facilities management and environmental management.
